Playvo Support

To create an account, download the Playvo mobile app from the App Store, open it, tap "Sign Up", and follow the on-screen instructions to verify your email and set up your player profile.

Yes! Playvo supports dual-role accounts. You can seamlessly switch between the Player interface (for searching, joining games, and booking courts) and the Venue Workspace (for managing availability and court bookings) directly from your profile settings in the app.

You can request account deletion in the mobile app via Profile > Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing support@playvo.co with the subject "Account Deletion Request". For details on what data is deleted, visit our Account Deletion page.

Navigate to the Discover tab (magnifying glass icon) in the app. You can search by city or zip code, and filter venues by sport type (tennis, padel, pickleball, basketball, etc.), court surface, and real-time slot availability.

Once you find an available time slot at your chosen venue, tap "Request Booking". The venue owner will be notified to approve or coordinate your request. You will receive an in-app notification and email confirmation once the booking is approved.

Cancellation and refund policies are set individually by each venue. You can view the venue's specific policy on their profile page before booking, or reference it in your booking details under Profile > My Bookings.

Create a Playvo account and select "Register Venue" during setup or in your account dashboard. You will be guided to enter your venue's details, upload photos, specify sports, define court layouts, and configure your booking calendar.

Playvo integrates with Stripe to handle secure online transactions. When a player books a court, funds are held and automatically deposited into your linked bank account after the booking is completed, minus standard transaction processing fees.

In the Venue Workspace, navigate to Memberships > Create Plan. Here you can define plan names, set monthly or annual pricing, and configure member benefits, such as discounted court fees or priority booking reservation windows.

Go to the Clubs tab in the Playvo mobile app, tap the "+" icon or select "Create Club". Customize your club with a cover image, title, bio, location, and list of sports. You can set the club's privacy to Public, Request-to-Join, or Private.

In your club page, tap "New Event". Choose a date, time, and venue, set the max player count, and specify the game rules or skill levels. Club members will receive invitations instantly and can RSVP directly inside the app.
